Namaste! Meet Rashmi from Tatwa yoga. 

Rashmi is an acclaimed, international yoga instructor and evaluator (Level 3), certified by the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.  She has trained hundreds of students in Yoga and meditation. She is a counsellor, corporate trainer and an author of 2 best-selling books. 

‘The body loves movement and the mind loves peace’. So, let’s give the body and the mind, the treatment they deserve’ – she says. 

Founded by Rashmi Joshi, Tatwa Yoga, is an online space for your physical, mental and spiritual growth. We believe in helping our students explore new realms within the body and the mind with effective yogasana, pranayama and relaxation tools. 

There are more than 600 muscles, 250 joints and 206 bones in the human body; through our classes we aim to access as many muscles, joints and bones as possible.
